Poultry House Structure and Dimensions

 

To achieve precise environmental control and high-density farming, we adopted an internationally standard fully enclosed poultry house design.

  • House Dimensions: 103 meters (Length) X 15 meters (Width)  4 meters (Height).

  • Building Feature: Adopting a Fully Enclosed Design, equipped with insulation materials to effectively maintain stable internal climate and minimize the impact of temperature and humidity fluctuations—which is essential for tropical environments.

 

Automated Cage Configuration and Capacity Calculation

 

This plan utilizes our most advanced H-Type Automated Layer Cage System, making full use of vertical space.

  • Arrangement Plan: The interior of the poultry house is configured with 5 rows of cage systems.

  • Cage Tiers: Each row uses a 4-tier vertical stacking arrangement.

  • Capacity Per Set: Utilizing high-efficiency cage sets, each set can accommodate approximately 128 laying hens.

  • Total Cage Sets:

    • Approximately 79 sets per row.

    • Total Cage Sets: 5 rows X 79  sets/row = 395 sets.

  • Total Rearing Capacity: 395 sets X 128 hens/set = 50,560 Hens

 

Core Automation Systems

 

The entire solution follows the international standard layout for H-type Battery Cage Systems for Layers, ensuring maximum space utilization along with optimal ventilation and lighting.

  • Environmental Control: A high-efficiency wet pad and fan longitudinal ventilation system, coupled with a smart control panel, monitors and automatically regulates house temperature, humidity, and air exchange volume to counter the Indonesian tropical climate challenge.

  • Feeding System: A fully automatic traveling hopper feeding system ensures precise, quantitative feeding, guaranteeing uniform nutrition for every hen and reducing feed waste.

  • Manure Removal System: An automatic conveyor belt manure removal system cleans the house multiple times daily, minimizing manure retention time in the house. This significantly improves air quality, lowers ammonia concentration, and is key to flock health and biosecurity.

  • Egg Collection System: Utilizing a horizontal central egg collection conveyor belt to transport eggs gently and quickly to the sorting area, maximizing speed while minimizing breakage rates.

This design plan not only achieves the efficient and scientific rearing of 50,560 laying hens but also provides the client with robust biosecurity and efficiency guarantees for operating a modern large-scale farm in Indonesia’s challenging environment.
